You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If you unfortunately purchase a product on the website and it happens to be out of stock we will either refund you in full or offer you an alternative that is the same price as your purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. International orders will also be eligible for returns and refunds but the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that large bags and luggage will only qualify for a free return if the bags have a defect. If the item you are returning was a gift, then the details and confirmation from the original purchaser are required. We, unfortunately, do not allow returns for Gift cards. Please retain the original packaging as well. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, still have all tags (authentic labels, use instructions, guarantee leaflets and other hangtags and wrappings) and in the same condition that you received it. Returns will be collected at no cost to you! If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
